One of our Directors has designed and developed multiple software systems to simplify processes within the industry. We provide multi-trade services to Landlords and Letting Agencies to get properties ready quickly for new tenants. Over the last 5 years, we've built a reputation for providing a reliable and professional service and the fact we've completed well over 1,200 properties is a testament to this. We specialise in end-of-tenancy works. We cover most of the trades needed in-house but also use a few highly qualified and experienced subcontractors to complete electrical and plumbing works when needed. We are fully insured with Hiscox and hold £5m public liability insurance and £2m employers liability insurance (documents available on request). End-of-tenancy cleaning work includes: removing cobwebs, vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, cleaning windows, doors and handles, skirting, architrave, windowsills, bannisters, dusting or wiping of flat surfaces, removing lime scale from shower screens, showers, bathtubs and taps, polishing of taps and water fittings, disinfecting and cleaning of w/c’s, cleaning and clearing out of drawers, cupboards and wardrobes, removing minor patches of mould from walls and tiles (not on matt painted walls), wiping down kitchen cabinets and worktops, cleaning of fridge/freezers (if defrosted), washing machines, microwaves and dishwashers. Cleaning of ovens, hobs and extractors is given as a separate price due to the process, time, and chemicals used. Cleaning does not include wiping of walls or ceilings unless specified in the request. Any property with pet hair is a deep clean. If we attend a property with pet hair after being instructed to complete a standard clean extra charges may apply. Cleaning does not include the cleaning of aluminium, fabric blinds or curtains unless we are asked to do so. If we have been asked to clean specific items and/or areas and see other unclean areas whilst there, we will still only clean the areas or items we've been instructed to. We will however make you aware of the situation. We do not remove items unless we are asked to do so.
When a refresh paint is quoted you may be surprised at how low the price is. Refresh paints are for properties that are in a reasonable state and that have a few holes or screws in the wall, scuff marks and maybe a few dents and scratches from furniture being moved. Our refresh painting will match the colour and finish you have to apply 1nr coat of high-quality paint to ensure when dry the walls and/or ceilings look like they did when first decorated. A refresh paint is a great way of having your property look better quickly and without the huge cost of a full decoration.
