Our Services

From standard end-of-tenancy cleans to those odd jobs you just can't find someone to do and everything in between. We can cover the majority of the work needed before or at the end of a tenancy. We have completed over 1395 properties to date and have over 35 years of property management and maintenance experience. There isn't a property state we haven't seen before.

Checkouts

Our checkouts provide you with a standard checkout report and an itemised and costed quotation to use for deposit discussions and what needs maintenance.

Cleaning

End-of-tenancy cleans, oven cleans, and carpet cleans to deep and pet hair cleans, if it needs to be cleaned we can clean it. We also complete end-of-week office cleans.

Decorating

We've completed every type of decorating you can think of. From quick refresh paints, and full property painting to specialist painting for stain blocking and wet rooms.

Flooring

Sometimes carpets don't clean up well. So if you need new carpets, vinyl, or laminate in your new or existing rentals then give us a call. We can also remove and dispose of the existing ones.

Gardening

From a simple de-weed, strim, and mow to tackling the worst jungle-type gardens there isn't a garden condition we haven't encountered including one full of bamboo.

Joinery

From the very simplest of repairs like architrave and skirting through to new kitchens, fencing, decking, and building sheds. We've done every type of joinery job you can think of.

Maintenance

From mouldy silicone around the bath to refitting a door we can complete most of the maintenance work needed without multiple trades.

Odd Jobs

From changing a light bulb to installing a new smoke alarm. We can help with small odd jobs to get your property ready for a new tenant.

Removals

If the tenant has left the shed full or the property full of furniture at the end-of-tenancy we can remove and dispose of any items left behind.
