Checkouts
Our checkouts are different from the ones you're used to. We complete using PropertyMonster© software which means they are a much higher-level maintenance report rather than a simple picture and comment one you'd normally get. In addition to receiving the checkout report you also receive an itemised and costed quotation to complete the works needed to bring the property back up to standard. If that wasn't enough, the costs are also broken down into Tenant, Landlord, and Investigation sections, making deposit discussions much easier than before. You then have the choice to use us to complete the work or your own contractors. Either way, using us to complete your checkout will mean days and sometimes weeks of gathering more details, arranging key access, waiting for quotes and inflated prices a thing of the past.
