From a simple de-weed, strim, and mow to tackling the worst jungle-type gardens full of bamboo. We’ve landscaped gardens removed the grass and replaced it with pebbles, laid paving, installed pin kerbs and drainage and re-laid lawns. Our toughest job to date was a garden full of invasive bamboo. The rhizomes had spread over the entire back garden resulting in the whole lawn and fencing having to be removed using a mini-digger. Four years on no new rhizomes have appeared, so far so good. Most of the properties we see just need the paving de-weeding or the gardens having a quick tidy but we have the experience to deal with one extreme to the other. Our advice to all landlords is the more simple the garden the fewer headaches you’re going to have when you do get that one bad tenant who ruins what should be a place to relax and enjoy the very rare UK sunshine.
