You could argue the case for an external sink.
What else can you say when you see installations like these within the same property? We suppose you could argue a case for the outside sink but then again you could just wash your hands when inside the property. The wiring on the other hand has no excuses, straight to an outside wall, unsealed, we don't really need to talk about the potential dangers with this type of DIY work.
