So it's Friday afternoon and the Landlord would like a full 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property refresh painting but the tenant is moving in Monday morning!

This called for a Saturday morning blitz. Our team of 4 started just after 09:00 and was completed by 13:30. All ceilings were painted with high-quality, thick, Matt white paint. Then all the walls were painted using Matt Magnolia paint using the same brand. The paint we use is thick and is the equivalent of putting on 2 to 3 coats of the watered-down stuff you get from DIY stores.

We also had to deal with a leak stain on the ceiling in the kitchen and peeling paint on the ceiling in the ensuite. Why people continue to use matt paint in bathrooms is beyond us, but they do. The property is now ready for the new tenant in a freshly painted state and all within 4.5 hours.
