A leaking shower cubicle had caused brown water stains on the ceiling and lower wall in a newish property. The property was due to be marketed so it was vital to make the home look great without a huge expense. We use a high-quality oil-based stain sealer and allow it to set fully before applying the final coat of paint. 

If not sure of the colour match we paint an entire wall or section to make sure you can't see the difference when dried. On this job, we knew the paint was a matt white Armstead paint.
