There had been a fire at this property and it'd damaged the back of the house whilst also burning the decking and some of the sub-base. Anyone who has tried to remove decking knows the process of removing the old is a very slow and tiring job. We had to remove all the burned deck boards, replace some of the subframe, re-board and re-build some steps. The final result looked great and should give the owners many more years of use at a fraction of the cost to replace fully.
