Really bad pet smell
This property had a really strong pet smell when we arrived and the neighbour had reported 9 dogs living there. We had to remove and dispose of all the carpets downstairs and shampoo the ones upstairs. Whilst removing the hallway ones we found multiple layers of flooring all saturated and most likely the probable cause of the smell when entering the property. We deep-cleaned the place as well as painted some walls and tidied the gardens to make the property ready for the new tenant.
