We occasionally have to clean a property when someone has just moved in. These types of cleans are almost impossible with boxes and personal items everywhere. Our amazing team moved items to clean and found a lot of issues in this property that weren't picked up by a standard checkout including 2nr windows that wouldn't shut. It is always best to get the cleaning completed within a few days of the tenant leaving so it can be cleaned to a professional standard and any issues found are dealt with before the tenant moves in.
