Cleaning and Maintenance
Sometimes, and we really do mean sometimes, student properties are left to a reasonably clean standard. This property in a large Sheffield apartment block was much better than the ones we normally encounter. It still took our team 3 hours to complete the full clean including carpets, appliances and even mattresses but the end result is a clean and tidy home for the new students attending university nearby. We also completed some small maintenance works at the property.
