This lovely flat in a great area had a mould issue which was 100% down to the tenants not leaving windows on the latch, not reporting a broken extractor, putting wet washing on a clotheshorse and never cleaning.

The property needed cleaning including carpets and a full redecoration. It also needed some maintenance work including silicone around the kitchen worktop, bath, sink and window frames. It also needed some new SES-type bulbs replaced. Our amazing team completed this job within 4 hours ensuring it was ready quickly for remarketing and a new tenant.
