From the checkout through to cleaning, decorating, gardening, maintenance and repairs we do everything you need to get your property ready for a new tenant without the delays and inflated prices. We've completed properties from checkout to being ready in as little as 48 hours.

1. Checkout Completed

Book us to complete your checkout on the day after the tenant leaves to receive the checkout report.

2. Quotation Provided

You'll also receive an itemised quote for the work needed to get the property ready for the next tenant.

3. Works Completed

If you want us to we'll complete the works itemised on the quote or you can use your own contractors.

4. Property Ready

In as little as 48 hours your property could be ready for the next tenant in a well maintained state.

Our checkouts provide you with a standard checkout report and an itemised and costed quotation to use for deposit discussions and what needs maintenance.
